Privacy Policy

What we collect

• The name and date of birth you enter. Required to calculate a chart and to address the reading to you. Use any name you like — nothing is verified.
• Your messages to the AI coach. The questions you ask and the answers given, kept for the length of the conversation so follow-up questions make sense.
• Basic technical data. Standard request information such as IP address, approximate region, browser type and timestamps, handled by our hosting provider for security, abuse prevention and rate limiting.

We do not ask for an email address, we have no user accounts or passwords, and we never take payment details. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Why we use it

Only to run the service: to calculate your chart, to open the chapter readings, to let the AI coach answer questions about your chart, and to keep the site available and protected from abuse. We do not build profiles, we do not sell or rent data, and we do not use your details for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

The site sets no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking cookies, and at the time of writing no analytics product is active on the site. Your chart session is identified by a short-lived identifier held in the page while the tab is open; close the tab and it is gone. If we ever add analytics, this section will be updated first.

Third parties that process data

• Cloudflare hosts and delivers the site and stores the temporary chart session. It processes request data, including IP address, as part of delivering and protecting the service.
• OpenAI generates the AI readings. When you ask a question, your chart context (name, numbers and the relevant reading text) and your question are sent to the OpenAI API to produce the answer. Under the OpenAI API terms, data submitted through the API is not used to train their models.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces used on the site, which means Google receives the request for those font files.
• jQuery (cdnjs / code.jquery.com) serves one JavaScript library used by the calculator page.

Please do not type anything into the chat that you would not want processed by a third-party AI service — for example medical details, financial account information or someone else's private information.

How long we keep things

• Chart sessions (your name, date of birth, calculated chart and conversation) expire automatically about two hours after your last activity and are then deleted.
• Technical and security logs are kept only as long as needed to protect the service, in line with our hosting provider's retention.
• Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to deal with your message.

Your chart is never published on this site and is not visible to other visitors.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal data we hold, to request a copy, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to processing. Because chart sessions expire on their own and we hold no accounts, there is usually nothing left to delete — but if you want to make a request, email hello@destinymatrixchartai.com and we will respond.

The legal basis for processing the details you enter is the performance of the service you asked for; for security logging it is our legitimate interest in keeping the site running safely.

Changes to this policy

If the way the site handles data changes, this page is updated and the date at the top of it changes with it. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised policy. Questions are welcome through the contact page.
