What we can help with

• The calculator. A chart or a reading that looks wrong, or a number you think is miscalculated. Include the date of birth used so we can reproduce it.
• Technical problems. Tell us the device and browser, and what happened just before it broke.
• Privacy requests. Questions about the details you typed, or a request to delete anything associated with them. See the privacy policy.
• Content and corrections. If something on the site is inaccurate or unclear, we would genuinely like to know.
• Business and press. Partnerships, questions about the tool, or coverage requests.

What we cannot help with

We cannot provide personal readings by email, and we cannot give medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
