Does the Star mean I will be famous or should work on a stage?

No. 17 is a finished gift placed where one witness can see it. Visibility is not celebrity. Perfect conditions that last a decade are the cupboard this number hides in.

Why is there no centre-17 example?

The engine did not produce centre E = 17 in the 1940–2015 search. This page therefore shows a real portrait-17 date rather than inventing a comfort-zone 17.
